In Hong Kong, the wine culture is different from that of Western and Asian countries. Although Hong Kong is a multicultural city, some locals are interested in learning about wine without any basic knowledge.

One of my friends was interested in wine tasting, but after I spoke with her, she found it challenging to find a suitable platform for beginners to learn to taste wine. I chose this individual topic for my project because it can help people who are interested in learning about wine.
